How does SaudiPestControl work?
You choose the pest, give the property type and how big the problem is, your city and district and how urgent it is — then we pass your request to licensed pest control companies who contact you with offers.
Is the service free?
Yes — sending a request is free and without obligation. Price and details are agreed directly between you and the company.
Is SaudiPestControl a pest control company?
No — we pass requests to pest control companies. The company you choose carries out the work and is responsible for it; checking its licence is your right and responsibility.
Do you only work with licensed companies?
Yes — we only work with companies that say they’re licensed for pest control, and we ask them for this when they join. Still, check the licence before agreeing.
What should I do after a scorpion sting or snake bite?
Seek medical help immediately by calling the Red Crescent or going to the nearest emergency department. Our service is for pest control, not medical situations.
Requests and follow-up
Who will contact me after I send a request?
Pest control companies that serve your city and type of problem; some may ask for photos or an inspection visit before a final offer.
I don’t know which pest it is — can I still request offers?
Yes — choose “not sure” in the form; the inspection will identify the pest. Read bed bug signs or early signs of termites if you suspect either.
Can I choose WhatsApp?
Yes — in the last step you choose your preferred channel: call or WhatsApp. Email is optional.
Do you vet the companies?
We only work with companies that say they’re licensed, but we don’t rate companies or guarantee their work. Checking the licence and commercial registration is your responsibility before agreeing — read how to choose a pest control company.
Do you set the prices?

Safety
Is treatment safe with children and pets?
Tell the company about them from the start and follow its instructions on staying away and airing the home. Read the safety guide for children and pets.
Why don’t you publish home spraying methods?
Because misusing pesticides can harm the family without solving the problem. We only publish safe prevention tips and leave treatment to licensed companies.
Privacy and data
How do you use my data?
We use your details only to pass your request to the companies relevant to it, after your explicit consent. Your rights and how to make a request about your data are set out in our Privacy Policy.
Should I enter my full address in the form?
No — the city and district are enough. Give the exact address to the company you choose, directly.
